IN-WARRANTY REPAIRS
If you are within our warranty period of 30 days to 2 year, here are the following steps to repairing your AOVOPRO:

  1. Contact us to file a repair claim.
  2. A customer service (CS) agent will verify purchase.
  3. AOVOPRO will offer repair and troubleshooting.
  4. AOVOPRO can send you parts or we can repair it for you.
  5. A CS agent will create a repair order.
  6. You will be sent a shipping label and repair order terms.
  7. Your product arrives at the AOVOPRO warehouse and is repaired.
  8. AOVOPRO will then send your product back to you.

OUT-OF-WARRANTY SERVICE
If you are outside our warranty period, here are the following steps to repairing your AOVOPRO:

  1. Contact us to start a repair, purchase the repair service for your model of AOVOPRO. The cost is for shipping and Labor. AOVOPRO will invoice you for any additional parts needed.
  2. A CS agent will create a repair order.
  3. You will be sent a shipping label and repair order terms.
  4. Your product arrives at the AOVOPRO warehouse and is repaired.
  5. AOVOPRO will then send your product back to you.
