Purchased the Refurbished Class B model S80, Received it in just a couple days, it came in really good condition. In my opinion, which initially was a concern, considering it was used or refurbished, was not able to use the Eovopro app,Instead they require you to use tuya smart app. Which is okay, had to make a few adjustments on the scooter,one to the rear brake cable needed adjustment, the other issue was inserting the cable deeper in the handle assembly so that it would not pinch the cable inside the tube, the only other problem was the cruise control takes 15 seconds instead of 5 seconds to activate at least on the scooter I received. Overall, everything else looks great and is operating perfectly was a great value considering no tax and free shipping definitely recommend this company and the scooters. Thank you...!!

Easy to put together. Smooth ride that handles most roads pretty good. Charging takes some time, but battery lasts a long time. I have gone about 5 miles on a single charge and the battery was still over 50%.

This company really stands behind their product and makes it priority to have outstanding customer service and upheld their end of the deal including warranty policy and sending new parts no problem if needed. i would hghly reccomend AOVOPRO for any future electric scooter purchase.

Scooter is solid and motor very smooth. Arrived with 112 miles on it, some deep scratches, and a warped/dented rear brake disc. It cannot be used as-is. Brake has extreme pulsation and noise. It is not a "minor flaw" and not "fully functional". It should not have been shipped like this. I contacted Aovo within 1 hour of receiving the scooter. Aovo support gave no apology and will not send a new disc. They simply sent a video showing how to remove the rear disc and try to hammer it flat. You are taking your chances with Class B.

Hi, that guide video is for adjustment of the brake caliper, not hammer it flat, brake disc can't not hammer flat. Please contact support@aovopro.com, we will send you a new brake disc.

I purchased this scooter and it works great. Any issue I've had was resolved through Aovopro at no extra charge. i am very happy with their customer service and warranty policy so i would highly reccomend this company for any electric scooter purchases.

It's a very good scooter at this price range. Even though it's a refurbished scooter of class B, the product looked new and barely used. I thoroughly enjoyed the product.

In Love! I absolutely love my scooter. I bought a new es80 scooter and I loved it so much that I needed another one. They were having a sale and it just happened to be within my price range. I bought the class b refurbished es80 and when it arrived I was a little scared because of the wiring but after I put the handlebars on, my fear subsided. I noticed that the front mudguard was rubbing the deck so I removed the front wheel and after I realigned the mudguard everything was fine. I cannot tell you enough on how happy I am with both scooters including the refurbished one. I use my scooter everyday to get to work and rely on it to go up some pretty steep hills all the way and it drops down in speed but never gives up. I admit I was rough on my first scooter which I buy only 2 months before I bought my refurbished one and definitely will be utilizing the warranty sometime soon for it but as for now I gave it to my girlfriend and she loves it also. I kept the refurbished class B one and gave her the full priced one. Both of them are identical aside from the charging ports and frankly I like the refurbished one better. I could not have chosen a better scooter because there is not one under $700 out there that even compares. Do yourself a favor and if this refurbished scooter is on sale again, buy it. Your future self will thank you.

The scooter is very reliable. It has a very good range and speed. Being 90Kgs, the scooter had no issues with the speed, battery, or climbing uphill. Overall it is the best scooter.

According to the odometer I’ve put 64 miles on my refurbished AovoPro in the first three weeks I’ve had it, and it’s been a blast. It’s strong enough that I can take my 12 year old daughter with me around the neighborhood. We recently rode it to the library together with a bag full of books on my back (about a 4 mile round trip) and the trip there was mostly uphill. It bogged down on some portions, but that’s to be expected when it’s carrying a 260 lb load. All the kids want to do in the afternoon now is ride it around the neighborhood! I need another one!

Bought the scooter in class B. It had a paint chip on the handlebar, and the screen display was sticky. I think someone got into an accident with it. But, you can check just how much the scooter has been used by checking the total mileage in the app. When I got mine, it was 36 miles of usage. Tires are solid and so you have the chance of skidding on concrete if you brake fast.. it happens very often. In terms of range, I am 145 pounds with my bag weight included, and I did around 1.5 miles and lost 25% of charge on sport mode. So sport mode really eats the battery.. haven't done a range test on eco mode yet but I will soon.
