I. Received one of these with a faulty charger or battery, was sent a new one which was also faulty. Was my sons main Xmas present and now I’m getting completely ignored. Want my money back

Broke in the first 2 weeks of use im disappointed i want a refund or a replacement there was washers missing off the motor when i got it i take back my previous review i want my money back
