This is my second purchase of the aovopro esmax escooter . I absolutely love it . Its quite fast and such a great smooth ride with the dual suspension. Im not quite sure about the puncture less tyres as both mine needed replacing after 6 months as they had definitely punctured and couldn't be repaired. I have ridden this escooter all year round even in heavy rain and its still worked the same as when it was new . I even rode it through flooding 1 foot deep and it still worked perfectly.

Have been using this scooter regularly for commuting and short trips, and overall it performs very well. The ride is smooth, acceleration is strong, and it feels solid and reliable. Battery life is good for daily use, and it handles city roads comfortably. My only complaint is the tires, which wear faster than expected and could be more durable. Aside from that, it is a great scooter and offers good value for the price.

Good scooter, poor tires. Had scooter for a year and put about 600 miles on it in a RV in Florida so far. I’m 62 and use it to run errands and visit neighbors. At about 500 miles, I got a flat tire due to the belts being poorly sealed in the stock Hummingbird brand tires. I inflate them to the recommended 30psi and run them on pavement and mowed grass. The belt cords are sealed in rubber, but are loose and cause much wear and eventually holes in the tube, as shown in the photos.

Great scooter, plenty of power and battery life is excellent.
I also like the rear-wheel drive and front hand brake, which is how it should be.
Pneumatic tires are great, too.
My only complaint is the suspension springs are too soft. I weigh 200 lbs and the suspension bottoms out too easily, and apparently there is no fix for this.. hence only 4 stars.

Purchased online from Aovo website. Arrived within 2 days, easy to put together, looks strong and well made. I had hoped it would have air tyres but latest .odel has solid tyres. I have arthritis in both knees and found the suspension is good and absorbed any rough roads well.
I was concerned that there didseem to have a uk helpline, but contact with main dealer via online was quick and most helpful.

One-week of ownership review. Compared to the Aovopro ES80, the ESMax is taller/longer/wider/heavier. The scooter has a sturdy feel, and rides well on smooth and rough pavement (and packed dirt and lawn grass) with the larger, air-filled tires and suspension. It does not go well in soft sand, as the tires are not designed for it. The headlight is bright enough for one to ride safely at night up to about 15mph. The bell is loud enough to be heard well by people nearby, but a challenge to hear for someone in a vehicle. Even though it has a 500-watt motor, I did not notice much more (if any) power that the ES80 350-watt motor had while going up about a 10 degree incline. Both scooters reached 18mph going up the incline. It will reach a max speed of 22mph on the display, on level pavement. However, a GPS-based app on my iphone showed I was traveling 19mph as a top speed. I did feel like I was going a little faster than the ES80's max speed of 19mph though.
As far as battery life following a complete charge, I noted the following during my first cycle of the battery. I am 61 years old, weigh 200 pounds, and rode entirely in an Florida RV resort over a period of about a week. I rode errands of 1 to 4 miles per day, travelling mostly 11-15mph on mostly level pavement (one hill with an approximate 10 degree incline), with temperatures in the 60s-70s. I was able to travel 33 miles on the initial full charge before the scooter would only go about 6mph. With 10% battery remaining as shown in the app and one green line showing on the main display, the scooter would still reach 22mph on the display. With one red line showing on the display and 2% battery showing in the app, the scooter would reach 18mph. I was impressed with the total mileage achieved and the ability to still reach max speed at the low charge level. Note this was all done in small mileage increments over nearly a week, not in one long ride. I was surprised to note in the app the scooter battery would recover at least 5% charge if allowed to set and cool down after a ride.
I am happy with the ESMax and believe it to be a good upgrade to the ES80 that I had bought for my son. It was a great buy during Black Friday and Cyber Monday at nearly 50% off!

Perfect combination of price and quality! Excellent investment and efficient Scooter, it arrived almost assembled and with its battery charged so I was able to start using it immediately. I weigh 110 kilos and the truth is that the material is resistant, perfect speed and the battery lasts approximately 3 days with an average of 12km per day at maximum speed and uphill. My buddy and I bought the es80s a few years ago and they have been great. His had one issue with the wheel motor but AovoPro sent a new one out asap.
Now it’s been awhile we noticed the price on the better model is what we paid for our old one a few years ago so we ordered the ESMAX can’t wait to see if it’s any better as it looks like it’s the same platform just some additional upgrades I supposed if they work correctly like the suspension. Wanted to get a 800watt one but they’re all around 450+ then shipping on some makes it worse.
This brand has proved to be solid so will be nice for us both to have an extra scooter for whoever to ride with us.

Im loving this scooter. I first bought the ES80 for my wife. Borrowed it a few times to go to work about a 6 mile trip. I enjoyed the ride but it lacked umph and our roads are not as smooth. So, I enjoyed it so much I bought the ESMAX. The ride is a million times better and the battery stronger and longer lasting. I weigh about 230 lbs and this takes me up inclines at a decent speed compare to the es80. All in all, i really love the esmax and recommend it over the es80 if you're on the heavier side like myself or want a stronger battery.

Only got the scooter today so this is a first impressions review and not a long term review. This scooter has a great amount of power. I weigh 75kg and it has no problem getting to the stated 22mph and quite quickly. The acceleration is quite impressive also. This scooter feels very premium compared to my last e scooter which lasted 3 years before needing a very expensive battery repair. I have seen a few people complaining about the air tyres going flat or puncturing but I am obviously not at the stage where these would've sustained any damage yet. My last scooter had solid tyres and I can tell you now if these tyres puncture once in the next few months I'll be switching to solid tyres. I just don't see too much of a noticeable difference to make me want to keep inflating and replacing tyres should that be the case. But anyways I'm yet to be able to comment on the tyres situation. It is also a very easy assembly and you just can't beat the 2 year warranty on some aspects of the scooter. You just don't get that anywhere else but the manufacturer. The price for what you are getting is absolutely amazing also and only taking 2 days to get to northern Ireland from a UK based warehouse was quite impressive. Safe to say both the scooter and the company make very good first impressions. Hopefully this continues into the future. Thank you Aovo 🙂

Reasonable-budget E-scooter. The only problem you'll face is the rear-wheel tyre getting punctured every now and then, which is a nuisance. I would highly recommend you to buy a anti-puncture tyre.

I bought this scooter almost 12 months ago and I love it . The only thing I will say is the tyres are not puncture proof I had to have both mine replaced after 6 months and it cost me £85 ! Tyres don't come under the warranty.

Make sure you pump up the tyres about every other week to every month, to make sure the air pressure is not dropping too low. This caused my back tyre to become flat and damaged the tyre, which became a bit of a hassle to fix. The positive side is that customer service is willing to pay for any parts you may need in order to fix the scooter. But more complex problems such as the back motor is more expensive to fix, and I'm having to wait until the item is back in stock at the aovopro warehouse.
Overall, it's very fair and generous customer service, the product is great.
But it should be made clear that the tyres need to be regularly inflated especially if going off road like I have. After 3 months, my back tyre went flat probably because I didn't pump it- front tyre pressure had dropped to 27PSI from original 55.

Je n'ai pas vu beaucoup d'avis français, j'en fais donc un, ça fait maintenant 3 mois que j'ai cette trotinette électrique (esmax), elle est vraiment incroyable, à ce prix là il n'y a pas mieux. J'ai fait un test d'autonomie très récemment, tout le temps à fond, donc 35km/h ce qui est la limite de cette trotinette, et j'ai fait plus de 33km avec. Elle a de la patate et dans les plus grosse montée descendra à 26-28km/h. Elle résiste très bien à l'eau. Elle est assez grosse tout de même et lourde. Elle passe dans un coffre mais un assez grand (Qashqai) franchement je ne peux que vous la conseiller. Je l'ai reçu très rapidement, je l'ai commandée le lundi et l'ai reçu le jeudi il me semble, ou le vendredi. Voilà voilà

I bought two scooters from here, aovo pro last year and now the aovo es max, both delivered on time, both arrived working and no problems with postage. I love the aovo es max so comfortable to ride due to dual suspension and I love how it goes over 20mph on app. It's a really good company, not one problem

Trottinette qui fait son job sur le plat , mais en côte c est un peu juste même débridé et je fais 80 kg.j ai rajouté un éclairage avant car il était assez faible, les amortisseurs sont corrects , les freins sont bien aussi ,l autonomie est correct vue que je roule débridé donc ne pas s attendre à faire les kms annonces. En bref correct pour le prix et à voir dans le temp.

Dopo un mese di utilizzo il monopattino esmax si è spento irrimediabilmente. L'assistenza non risponde da almeno due settimane ok capodanno cinese però... Sul modello precedente es 80 è accaduta la stessa cosa, si è spento e non più riacceso ma acquistandolo su Amazon mi hanno risposto immediatamente e subito mandato a centro riparazioni. Migliorato tantissimo e supera come qualità anche grandi marche come ducati. Pecca è il cavalletto che lascia il monopattino in posizione troppo verticale da cadere a ogni soffio di vento. La durata della batteria mi lascia perplessa non sono riuscita ancora a fare tutti quei km per verificare che arrivi ai 35/45 di autonomia, ma dalla strada percorsa ogni volta non sembra, potrebbe avere a che fare con il problema del mio che si è spento senza più riaccendersi. Metto 5 stelle comunque perché non c'è nulla di meglio sul mercato. Per il costruttore consiglio le frecce per il mercato italiano per cui sono obbligatorie, o comunque frecce da installare anteriormente e posteriormente che abbiano buona durata di autonomia e semplici da ricaricare ovvero senza doverle smontare ogni volta dal monopattino per la ricarica.

Após 8 meses de experiência com uma Aovopro ES80, esta terceira versão da ESMAX é um upgrade muito bem vindo. A combinação de pneus pneumáticos com suspensão frontal e traseira aumenta bastante o nível de conforto e segurança nas viagens, e o pneu de 10 polegadas dá uma estabilidade superior. A ES80 tem uma excelente relação qualidade/preço, mas a rigidez no manuseio devido aos pneus de borracha sólida é um desafio grande em todo o piso que não seja completamente plano. Já esta última versão da ESMAX soluciona todos os pontos fracos do modelo anterior, e é um absoluto prazer de utilizar mesmo em terreno mais acidentado ou calçada. Recomendo vivamente, não há nada nesta gama de preço que se aproxime.

Par rapport à la ES80, la ES MAX à une tenue de route ultra agréable, pluie ou soleil, ligne réfléchissant ou goudron, il a une tenue de route très facile sans crainte de patiné ou de tomber, on sens même pas les ralentisseurs, le seul soucis c'est les freins, il a plus de distance de freinage par rapport à la ES80, mais il ne bloque pas les roues. Je le recommande.

Bought it from Walmart. Seems to be good build, acceleration, stable ride and integrates with the app seamlessly. Speed is limited to 35kmph (21mhp) and can't be unlocked. Didn't test the range.
Initial thoughts, worth the price paid (USD 400). Have to wait and see about durability and customer service.

Awesome scooter, worth the price I paid for mine. I went from the 365GO to the ESMAX and it is a huge improvement!
From ordering, I expected an expedited shipping (2-3 days) from a UK warehouse however I ended up waiting a week and tracked it coming from Germany.
All in all, the scooter is great on a "budget" (In my opinion it is a fair price)
