If an item arrives defective, AOVOPRO will exchange it for a working product and provide a return shipping label for the defective product at no cost to the customer.

CANCELLATIONS
Items returned while in transit: If you wish to cancel your order after it has already been processed, please contact us to let us know.
In some situations, the product may end up being delivered after the cancellation request. If that is the case, it is the buyer’s responsibility to ship and return the product back to our warehouse.
If the customer service staff does not process your order cancellation request in time due to the time difference, and the order is finally sent out and cannot be intercepted, you will need to refuse delivery. If your rejection fails, you will pay the shipping fee for the return.

Ho acquistato il monopattino circa un anno fa e posso finalmente fare una recensione. Lo scooter si presenta così come da descrizione. Le gomme sono piene, quindi non attutiscono molto asfalti ruvidi e brecciati, ma in un anno lo utilizzo ogni giorno anche con condizioni meteo incerte e le ruote non si sono mai forate. Il cavalletto risulta essere un pò debole in quanto in plastica e a distanza di quasi un anno ha ceduto e si è spezzato, ma dopo aver contattato aovopro, Andy si è reso subito disponibile e me ne ha mandato uno nuovo gratuitamente per posta. Ci ha messo circa 2 settimane ad arrivare, ma non importa, in quanto semplice da sostituire autonomamente e comunque nel frattempo ho potuto utilizzarlo. Servizio efficiente, il monopattino arrivò imballato in perfette condizioni, con polistiroli, istruzioni e cavo di alimentazione. Ho provveduto a mettere dei rinforzi (non necessari) sui fili a vista per proteggerli dato l'utilizzo costante anche nel periodo invernale. La batteria dura in base alla velocità. Si può impostare velocità costante e sbloccare la velocità anche attraverso l'app. 5 stelle per tutto. Ottimo prodotto. (Mantova)

Let me be honest , the first few week the scooter was great and so was the customer support but after my Midgard of my scooter broke and the scooter just stopped turning on , the support has been at 0 they have not even replied to my email from months ago!

Great scooter excellent value for money 10/10 highly recommend.
Well packaged and delivered within 3 days from order date by DHL tracked in the peak period when royal mail was on strike.
Purchased the ES80 as a xmas present for my 7 y/o son he loves whizzing about on it. Initially set to speed setting 2 ( 15 kph ) until he got used to it now using setting 3 ( 25kph ).
Build quality is very good straight out of the box no adjustments were needed to the brakes after an easy assembly of the stem .The locking mechanism is sturdy with no looseness after 75km of use. I heard this can be a problem with some brands but not the AOVO. Charger is a good quality item came with UK plug CE marked gives me confidence in the safety of the product. Full instructions and tools were included in the package.
The top speed is 21mph unlocked but I have decided to keep it at the standard 16mph because trust me its plenty fast enough .Tyres are grippy being semi solid I expected a fairly rough ride but in reality it feels quite cushioned . Im happy no maintenance will be needed until they wear out . Managed 21 miles range between us with one bar battery left at which point speed tapered off to 17 kph. I dident want to put strain on the battery so we took it straight home and charged it . This was mainly on flat ground bearing in mind im about 14 stone and my son is about 4 stone . I would say the range stated by AOVO ( 30km ) is perfectly accurate for an average adult.
Other notable features are a nice bright led headlight and rear brake light. Cruise control that can be turned on and off by triple clicking the power button. Mud guard strengthened with metal brackets. Adjustable e-abs brake regen ( set at 2/10 ) indicator when activated on the dash . Adjustable throttle response ( set at 5/10 ). Bluetooth mobile app with real-time speedo and trip meter . Ability to lock/disable the scooter from app. Speed limiter from app . Foldable and fairly light weight fits nicely in the boot of my Golf . All this and a 2 year warranty cant beat it .
Overall its my favorite purchase of 2022 its a really fun scooter . Sometimes I use it for short trips to my local shop which saves wasting fuel or having to walk. Also comes in useful when leaving my van at work instead of having to use a taxi to get home ( £20 a time )so its started paying for itself already .
Thankyou AOVO service wouldn't hesistate to purchase again in the future and fully recommend to family and friends .

Una gran compra, para el precio que tiene es mucho mejor de cómo esperaba. La batería me dura varios días y eso que voy siempre al máximo de velocidad. En cuestas muy pronunciadas le cuesta, pero en recto y en pendiente normal va de maravilla. Se pliega con mucha facilidad. Muy muy contento. Me arrepiento de no haberlo comprado antes, he empezado a ahorrar bastante en metro y transporte público.

After 1 month use, I find the ES80 very effective : longer range (but am slim) and easy to tune with the app. Driving it on rough road is however unconfortable due to the solid tyres and the absence of suspension. Fast delivered and well packed.
