Returning products within 30 Days of delivery: Any product purchased can be returned within 30 days for a refund to the original method of payment. The customer will be responsible for return shipping costs. AOVOPRO DOES NOT PROVIDE RETURN SHIPPING LABELS FOR BUYERS Remorse.
If an item arrives defective, AOVOPRO will exchange it for a working product and provide a return shipping label for the defective product at no cost to the customer.
If return products show abnormal wear & tear or physical damage. We will deduct 30%-70% of the refund amount based on wear & tear or physical damage. This also includes missing parts or accessories sold with the product.

CANCELLATIONS
Items returned while in transit: If you wish to cancel your order after it has already been processed, please contact us to let us know.
In some situations, the product may end up being delivered after the cancellation request. If that is the case, it is the buyer’s responsibility to ship and return the product back to our warehouse.
If the customer service staff does not process your order cancellation request in time due to the time difference, and the order is finally sent out and cannot be intercepted, you will need to refuse delivery. If your rejection fails, you will pay the shipping fee for the return.

Undeliverable packages When the carrier returns these undeliverable packages to us we issue a full refund excluding shipping charges. Please allow 30 days for refund to your credit card account.
These undeliverable packages will not be reshipped. A new order must be placed for the item. Please review our address accuracy tips above before placing another order.
The decision to label a shipment as undeliverable is made by the carrier usually for one of the following reasons:

Absolutely love this electric scooter! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
The scooter is fast, smooth, reliable, and very comfortable to ride. Battery life is great, the build quality feels solid, and it’s perfect for daily commuting around the city. Super easy to use and honestly made my everyday travel so much more convenient and enjoyable.
But what impressed me the most was the customer support from AOVO. Their team was incredibly helpful, responsive, and supportive throughout the whole experience. It’s rare to find a company that actually cares about their customers the way AOVO does.

I had the ES80 for a year and I loved it. It was sadly stolen in my car. So, I upgraded to the AP07 and God! It's everything I wished the ES80 had. The front and and rear suspension coils make it such a joy to ride. I absolutely love this scooter and would recommend it to anyone planning to use it as daily commute as I do. Keep up the good work! The AP07 is absolutely amazing.

I bought the AOVOPRO AP07 Electric Scooter
350W Dual Suspension Turn Signals Foldable for my son for his 11th Birthday & it has been absolutely amazing. He's has been out on it everyday since. The front light is super bright, the indicators are awesome. The back light flashes when you brake which is great. Easy to charge, holds its charge, very sturdy, great suspension.

Got this for my son for Xmas and his Dad. Really good quality. Both love it. I have found the Bluetooth range to the app is quite short so if your not on the scooter it will loose connection. Love the lights and indicator function.
